Getting Started

What is Pagasi?

Pagasi is a Canadian referral network that helps eligible users discover and connect with participating independent service providers.

Users may earn referral rewards when:

  • Someone they refer completes an eligible transaction; or
  • They complete their own eligible transaction through Pagasi.

All referrals and rewards remain subject to the applicable offer requirements, verification process, provider confirmation, and Pagasi approval.

How does Pagasi work?

Pagasi follows three simple steps:

  1. Refer — Refer yourself or share a participating service with someone who may be interested.
  2. Connect — Connect with an available independent service provider through Pagasi.
  3. Earn — Receive an eligible reward after the applicable transaction is successfully completed, verified, and approved.

Submitting a referral or connecting with a provider does not automatically guarantee a reward.

Is Pagasi free to use?

Creating a regular Pagasi user account is free.

Service providers may be subject to separate agreements, fees, or commercial terms disclosed during the provider application or onboarding process.

Is Pagasi an MLM?

No. Pagasi is not a multi-level marketing program.

Users are not required to:

  • Pay a membership fee to earn referral rewards;
  • Recruit a sales team;
  • Purchase inventory;
  • Build multiple levels of participants; or
  • Earn commissions from an unlimited recruitment structure.

Rewards are connected to eligible referrals and successfully completed qualifying transactions.

Who can use Pagasi?

Pagasi is available only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Are legally permitted to reside in Canada;
  • Hold valid and unexpired immigration documents or permits where applicable;
  • Can provide the Canadian tax information required to receive and report referral rewards;
  • Can provide valid identity and payment information when required; and
  • Meet Pagasi’s account, verification, payment, and program requirements.

Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible temporary residents may use Pagasi regardless of their immigration category, provided they satisfy all applicable requirements.

Temporary residents are responsible for confirming that the conditions of their immigration status or permit allow them to receive referral income. Pagasi does not provide immigration, employment, legal, or tax advice.

Account access or reward eligibility may be restricted or suspended when required identification, immigration documentation, Canadian tax information, or payment information:

  • Has expired;
  • Is incomplete;
  • Is inaccurate;
  • Cannot be verified; or
  • Does not satisfy Pagasi’s requirements.

Pagasi is not available to anyone under 18 years old or anyone unable to provide the required Canadian tax information.

Registration confirmation

Before creating an account, users must confirm:

By creating a Pagasi account, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, am legally permitted to reside in Canada, hold valid and unexpired immigration documents where applicable, and can provide the Canadian tax information required to receive and report referral rewards.

Required checkbox:

I confirm that I meet Pagasi’s eligibility requirements and that the information I provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Referrals

How do I make a referral?

Choose an available service or participating provider in the Pagasi app. You may:

  • Refer yourself for an eligible service; or
  • Share your unique referral link or code with another person who may genuinely be interested in the service.

The referral must begin through Pagasi and follow the process displayed in the app.

Can I refer myself?

Yes. Self-referrals are eligible for rewards when you use Pagasi to connect with a participating service provider and successfully complete an eligible transaction.

To qualify:

  • Begin the referral or connection through Pagasi;
  • Follow the referral process displayed in the app;
  • Meet the applicable offer and provider requirements;
  • Successfully complete the qualifying transaction;
  • Allow any applicable cancellation, return, funding, or waiting period to pass; and
  • Receive confirmation and approval from the provider and Pagasi.

A self-referral does not automatically guarantee a reward.

A transaction may not qualify if:

  • It was initiated before being submitted through Pagasi;
  • You had already contacted or registered with the provider;
  • The provider already had the transaction or inquiry in its records;
  • The referral is duplicated;
  • The transaction is cancelled, returned, reversed, or refunded; or
  • The applicable offer requirements are not satisfied.

How is my referral tracked?

A referral may be tracked using:

  • Your unique referral link;
  • Your referral code;
  • Your Pagasi account;
  • A referral or transaction ID; or
  • Another tracking method displayed in the app.

The referred person should follow your link or enter your referral code when required. Pagasi may be unable to assign a referral retroactively if the required tracking process was not completed.

When is a referral considered completed?

A referral is generally considered completed only after:

  • The referred customer meets the eligibility requirements;
  • The required product or service transaction is successfully completed;
  • The participating provider confirms the transaction;
  • Any applicable cancellation, return, funding, verification, or waiting period has passed; and
  • Pagasi reviews and approves the referral.

Submitting a referral does not mean the referral has been completed or approved.

Why is my referral not showing?

A referral may not appear if:

  • The recipient did not use your referral link or code;
  • The referral has not yet been processed;
  • The referral was submitted more than once;
  • The customer already existed in Pagasi’s or the provider’s records;
  • The customer contacted the provider before using Pagasi;
  • Required information is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • The referral could not be connected to your account; or
  • The referral does not meet the applicable requirements.

If you believe a referral is missing, contact Pagasi Support and provide:

  • Your referral or transaction ID;
  • The service category;
  • The participating provider’s name, if known; and
  • The approximate submission date.

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, SIN numbers, complete banking credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information through an ordinary support message.

Can more than one person claim the same referral?

Normally, only one eligible referrer may receive credit for a qualifying transaction.

Pagasi may use its records, timestamps, referral links, referral codes, provider information, and other available evidence to determine which referral is valid.

Can I refer someone outside Canada?

You may share Pagasi with someone outside Canada. However, the person must satisfy Pagasi’s eligibility requirements to create an eligible account or earn rewards.

Service availability and transaction eligibility depend on the provider, location, program requirements, and applicable laws.

Rewards and Payments

How much can I earn?

Reward amounts vary according to:

  • Service category;
  • Participating provider;
  • Location;
  • Current offer;
  • Transaction type;
  • Eligibility requirements; and
  • Successful completion of the transaction.

An amount displayed as “up to” represents a possible maximum reward and is not a guaranteed payment.

When will my reward be approved?

Approval time depends on:

  • How quickly the provider confirms the transaction;
  • Whether the service or purchase was successfully completed;
  • Verification requirements;
  • Funding or closing requirements; and
  • Any applicable cancellation, return, or waiting period.

Support cannot approve a reward before all required confirmation and review steps are completed.

What do the reward statuses mean?

  • Submitted — Pagasi has received the referral.
  • In Review — Pagasi or the provider is reviewing the information.
  • Pending Completion — The required transaction has not yet been completed or confirmed.
  • Pending Verification — Pagasi is verifying the referral, transaction, or account information.
  • Approved — The referral has met the applicable requirements.
  • Payment Processing — The approved payment is being prepared.
  • Paid — The reward has been issued.
  • Declined — The referral did not meet one or more requirements.
  • Cancelled — The related transaction did not proceed or was cancelled.
  • Reversed — A previously approved or paid reward was reversed due to a cancellation, refund, error, duplicate, chargeback, misrepresentation, or other applicable reason.

Why was my reward declined or cancelled?

Possible reasons include:

  • The qualifying transaction was not completed;
  • The customer cancelled or returned the product or service;
  • The referral was duplicated;
  • The transaction had already been initiated outside Pagasi;
  • The customer was already registered or working with the provider before using Pagasi;
  • Required information was incomplete or inaccurate;
  • The referral could not be verified;
  • The transaction did not meet the offer requirements;
  • The user or transaction did not satisfy Pagasi’s eligibility requirements;
  • Fraudulent, misleading, manipulated, or abusive activity was detected; or
  • The participating provider did not confirm the transaction.

Self-referrals are permitted but remain subject to the same eligibility, verification, completion, and approval requirements as other referrals.

Contact Support if you believe a decision was made in error.

How will I receive my reward?

Available payment methods and any required payment information will be displayed in the Pagasi app.

Payment methods may vary according to the user’s location, account status, reward amount, and other applicable requirements.

Pagasi may require identity, Canadian tax, or payment verification before issuing a reward. Sensitive information should only be provided through Pagasi’s designated secure process.

Are Pagasi rewards taxable?

Referral rewards may be considered taxable income depending on the user’s circumstances.

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate Canadian tax information when required;
  • Keeping their information current;
  • Reporting their referral income; and
  • Complying with applicable tax requirements.

Pagasi does not provide personal tax advice. Consult the Canada Revenue Agency or a qualified tax professional if you are uncertain about your obligations.

Important reward notice

A reward is not guaranteed merely because a referral was submitted or a provider was contacted.

A reward becomes payable only after:

  • The user and referral satisfy all applicable requirements;
  • The qualifying transaction is successfully completed;
  • The provider confirms the transaction;
  • Any applicable waiting period has passed; and
  • Pagasi approves the reward.

Pagasi may review, delay, decline, reverse, or recover a reward involving an error, duplicate submission, cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, misrepresentation, suspected fraud, system manipulation, or violation of applicable terms.

Finding a Service Provider

What services are available?

Available categories may include:

  • Real Estate;
  • Mortgage;
  • Insurance;
  • Vehicle Purchase;
  • Financing;
  • Education;
  • Immigration;
  • Products; and
  • Other participating professional or consumer services.

Availability depends on the user’s location and the providers currently participating in Pagasi.

How does Pagasi match me with a provider?

Pagasi may use information such as:

  • City or preferred service area;
  • Type of service needed;
  • Budget or general preferences;
  • Preferred language or dialect;
  • Provider qualifications;
  • Provider service area;
  • Provider capacity or availability; and
  • Other information the user chooses to provide.

Users may be shown one or more providers based on their submitted preferences and available options.

Can I choose my provider?

When multiple providers are available, you may be able to review the available options and select your preferred provider.

Provider availability is not guaranteed.

What if no provider is available in my city?

Pagasi may show:

  • Providers in nearby cities;
  • Providers serving a wider geographic area; or
  • Remote-service options where appropriate.

You can decide whether you want to connect with one of the available providers.

Are service providers employees of Pagasi?

Unless expressly stated otherwise, providers displayed through Pagasi are independent service providers and are not employees, representatives, partners, or agents of Pagasi.

Pagasi facilitates introductions. Each provider is responsible for its own:

  • Professional advice;
  • Qualifications and licences;
  • Products and services;
  • Pricing;
  • Representations;
  • Applications;
  • Contracts; and
  • Customer relationship.

Does Pagasi guarantee a provider or service?

No. A provider’s appearance on Pagasi or a match made through Pagasi does not guarantee:

  • Provider availability;
  • Service quality;
  • Suitability;
  • Approval;
  • Financing;
  • Immigration results;
  • Educational enrolment;
  • Insurance coverage;
  • A real estate closing;
  • A vehicle purchase; or
  • Any other outcome.

Before entering an agreement, users should independently review the provider’s qualifications, licences, pricing, contract terms, and services.

  • The provider’s name;
  • The service category;
